Family-operated, not a chain

We launched with a single truck and a few units, and we still operate the same way. When you call, you reach me or someone I would trust at my own home. We're a family operation, so if something isn't right with a unit, that's on us, and we take care of it that same day.

I track every job on one board in the office, and each driver reviews it before the trucks head out. When we tell you Tuesday morning, that is exactly when we mean. If anything changes, I phone you before you need to phone us.

How frequently do units get serviced?

Every rental comes with one maintenance visit per week. High-traffic sites and larger crews can schedule a second visit each week.

What kind of spot do you need for drop-off?

Flat, solid ground that a service truck can access, away from overhead wires and not in any active dig zone.

What happens during a weekly service visit?

We empty the holding tank, scrub and disinfect the interior, refill paper and sanitizer, and inspect the door and latch.

How much lead time should I allow for an event weekend?

Two to three weeks ahead works well for spring and summer dates. Book earlier if your event falls on a holiday weekend.

Are ADA-accessible units available?

Yes. Our ADA-accessible units feature step-free entry, an extra-wide door, grab bars, and enough interior room to maneuver a wheelchair.
